Kelly Hayden has personally visited our plant and gone out of her way to survey every belt and sprocket we have. I have called in needing a belt immediately and your production staff has never missed a target installation date. Due to our high production demands our equipment cannot be down for any lengthy periods.

Recently I called in during an install with questions on sprocket placement. Kelly wanted to make sure she directed maintenance on exactly what to do. She made me walk out into the plant, hand my cell phone to Travis and she personally walked him through the sprocket installation step by step. Thanks to your entire staff.
